2.NEW STATE LAW No 6/2003 OF 03/22/2003

* Reintegrate active political representatives in the social security,
* Present a maximum limit of salaries liable to contribtions ,
* Present a differential contribution rates for categories of contributors operating in particularly hard and harsh conditions in order to enable them gain their pension at an advanced age.
* The increase of percentage in the calculation of the old-age allowance of each period from 12 monhs to over 180 months of insurance passed from 1% to 2%,
* The retirement age passed from 55 years to 65 years, However, any person at the age of 55 has the right to introduce his/her request for pension to SSFR,
* The minimum allowance which amounted to RFW 1,300 in the past is now RFW 5,200.
